I’m going to show you the tools and techniques, but then we’ll put them to work on your photographs, your project, your story, and your ideas
Because knowing where to find a Canva feature is one thing.
Knowing which photographs to choose, what belongs together, how the story behind a photograph might influence the page, and how to turn all of that into a design that feels like you is something else entirely.
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions during those five days, share your progress, get feedback, and see how other memory keepers are approaching their own projects.
And you don’t have to arrive with everything figured out.
Bring the photographs. Bring the idea. Bring the unfinished project that’s been sitting on your someday list.

Not at all. I’ll walk you through the Canva tools and techniques you’ll need during the experience. You don’t need design experience either. The goal is to help you feel comfortable creating a polished, professional-looking page yourself.
No. In fact, I’d rather you didn’t feel like you have to have everything figured out before you begin. We’ll work through the process together, starting with the photographs and gradually turning them into a page.
No. You don’t need to organize your entire camera roll first. We’ll focus on the photographs that are relevant to the project you’re working on.
That’s one of the reasons we’re doing this together. You can ask questions during the live sessions and use the community between sessions for support and feedback. You don’t have to quietly struggle with a problem on your own.
Each day includes a 90-minute live session with teaching, demonstrations, and time for you to work on your own project. You’ll also have asynchronous guidance and community support between sessions
No. I’ll show you how to prepare and export your design, but the skills you learn aren’t tied to one particular printing company. You can use the printing service that works best for your project.
That’s completely fine. You only need to create one page during From Photos to Pages. Once you know how to create a page you’re proud of, you can use the same process to continue your book whenever you’re ready.
Most of what I will show can be done with a FREE Canva account. Some of the tools are only available with a PRO account but I will show you how you can do some of them with the free account.
